The poor dog was in a serious condition. The driver consciously broke the law to save the poor overheated dog locked in the hot car.
One day a man was passing by a truck and noticed a dog that was in the car. In the car it was very hot the dog was very scared. His owner left him alone went by closing the windows of the car.
It was obvious that the dog was there for a long time. Finally the driver appeared and went to the truck for this dog who was almost not breathing. The man called the police.
He brought the dog water. The poor animal. The dog was terribly thirsty, he was dehydrated. The police forbade the man to break the windows of the car.
But he could not stand and broke the windows. Finally the dog was free, he could rest a little. The police workers rescued the dog.
