Once, a dog named Bunny was brought to the veterinary clinic where Eli Thompson works. It was a small paralyzed pit bull and, as the veterinarian found out, the cause of this condition was a tetanus attack, from which the unfortunate one, in the strict sense, petrified.
The veterinarian quickly put the animal on a drip, and then called the dog’s owners to say that the dog can be cured, but this requires money and time.
When the owner found out about the state of the pet, he decided to agree to euthanasia, but the veterinarian Eli didn’t want to do this, because the dog had every chance for a full life.
She took pity and decided to take care of the dog’s health herself. She spent many sleepless nights putting on drips every two hours, getting massages, and giving special food with a dropper.
She combined all this with massages and special feed from a syringe and did not leave the animal. Eli and her husband nursed the pit bull for ten days, and only then did they have a faint hope that he’ll survive.
A month later, Bunny was finally able to stand on his paws and wag his tail lightly. Now the process of his treatment is still going on, albeit slowly, however Eli is convinced that the dog will return to a full life very soon.
