The life of a pit bull Daiya can hardly be called happy. She, pregnant, was noticed wandering the streets. But the shelters were full then, and for this reason they wanted to put the dog to sleep. It’s good that there were caring people who decided to find a temporary shelter for the dog.
Everything seemed to end well, but it wasn’t. When the dog was taken to the vet, it turned out that her puppies were frozen in the womb.
It was needed an urgent surgery, as blood poisoning was observed and the chances that the dog could survive are negligible. The operation, fortunately, went well and soon Dia was discharged from the clinic.
However, Daiya herself didn’t seem to be particularly pleased with the fact that she had survived. She couldn’t recover from the shock of losing her puppies and looked for any objects that reminded her of them and nursed them as if they were alive.
It was a heartbreaking sight and the dog’s adoptive mother was looking for a way out. Then she learned about a tiny puppy that was picked up on the road. It was a dog Raisin with his hard fate. The infection left her without an eye.
It was decided to introduce Daiya to the Zest. And it turned out to be a lifesaver for both. Now the pit bull and her adopted cub are inseparable. Daiya nurses her like her own and does it with great pleasure.
