Vivian Dahl is something that not many people live to be: a great great grandmother!
A Lake Crystal, Minnesota resident celebrates her 100th birthday on the same day her great-great-granddaughter turns one.
This is a huge deal. Vivian is not just a great-grandmother. She is a wonderful great grandmother. Vivian has seen two generations more of her family than most people.
The Minnesota woman turned 100 years old, a century and she happily celebrated with the little girl.
Her daughter’s name is Eloise. Little Eloise has only been on this earth for only a year, and had no idea what was going on. Her great-great-grandmother considered it as a precious, once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Clearly, the story of a woman who turned 100 and shared a birthday with her youngest offspring was quite interesting.
Vivian shared her thoughts on living longer, she said “No smoking, no drinking, and no candy”.
It is not known exactly how many people on the planet are great-great-grandparents, perhaps due to the fact that this rarely happens.
People who have reached this age are called centenarians, and now there are about half a million people in the world. The most interesting thing is that their number is growing.
Since 2000, the number of centenarians has quadrupled, if these estimates are correct.
