Lifeguard during a fire saved and brought home cubs of a deer and a lynx

George works as a lifeguard and it isn’t the first time for him to save animals during fires. On the day that another fire broke out, George decided to take a walk near his home to see if any of the animals needed his help.

Then he saw a small lynx and a deer. He saw no other solution than to take them home with him.

The man left the animals in the house and went out on his business. And when he returned, he saw that the animals were sitting together. That was incredible! The predator and the herbivore became friends thanks to a common misfortune. Since then, they have been inseparable.

George understood that the cubs wouldn’t survive alone in the forest,so he left them to live at home.

After that, he faced the condemnation of his neighbors. But the men understood that they couldn’t let the animals go into nature, as they were used to people and didn’t know how to get their own food.

Since then, the lynx and the deer have lived with George. Besides them there are also pets: a cat and dogs.

Local residents say with one voice that it’s very dangerous to live in the same house with wild animals. Earlier, George himself and his whole family were sure of this. But time has shown that the lynx still remembers the kindness of the man and is very grateful to him for his salvation. She was hand-fed from childhood. And she became domestic, easily makes contact, loves affection and doesn’t show aggression at all.

The behavior of a lynx remembers an ordinary cat, only of a larger size. She recognizes all household members. Benji has become part of a large family.

The deer cub also grew up and got used to people. Lynx and deer are still best friends.
