Dog Nekku has already celebrated her eighth birthday, however, there was a time when veterinarians did not give her a chance to survive. Necku lives in Finland and has been very unhappy since birth. His mum and dad were prestigious show dogs with a well known pedigree going back several generations.
However, among the ideal well-born dogs, Nekku was born by chance. She was absent one eye, and her nose forked. The veterinarians saw this sight and did not give any chances, giving the breeder advice to put the unfortunate puppy to sleep, since life would be a torment for him.
The breeder did not want to do this, but he agreed to save the animal from suffering. And that’s when a man named Jarmo Korhonen showed up. He had already owned two corgis and, having learned about this story, did not allow such a wonderful dog to be honored with a similar fate.
He turned out to be right. Nekku was very quick-witted and active, he loved to play pranks and eat the gooseberry crop right from the bushes. He immediately made friends with the rest of the corgis, who, in turn, studied his funny puppy with interest.
However, the peculiarity of the eyes led to some problems in orienting in space and constantly encountered with the forehead against the wall or various objects. Now Nekku lives in nature and can run freely in the fresh air.
But she does not have time to miss the owner, as he visits him every weekend.
